A best quality classic ebony three piece London pattern rod for 30 inch barrels, with ferules of nickel silver, the pear shaped handle can be used as a chamber brush, comes complete with jag, mop and brush all nickel silver with embellishment. All contained in a green Morocco case. Also available in 28 bore.

Chamber Brush

An bone handled tool with a nickel silver shank,
7½ inches long. The brush is phosphor Bronze and has a nickel silver cover.

This item is a work of art but also really useful as plastic cartridges carry dirt into a guns chambers with the result being residues and therefore poor ejection, so regular cleaning with a Chamber Brush is an important part of the cleaning routine. 28 20 16 or 12 Bore.

The rod is made from ebony with nickel silver ferrules , each joint is individually turned on a lathe and then finished by hand polishing, giving a fit which is perfect.

At shows I have great fun by asking the customer to watch the two sections of the rod closing then just as the two parts come together I ask again to watch closely and then as the joint is made then the gap just disappears as there is no tolerance at all between the sections - they are an absolutely perfect fit, just a cleaning rod - but wonderful.

We offer three different sizes ( diameters ) of cleaning rods - 12, 20 and 28 bore. 16 bore tools are suitable for 12 bore rods. Also 12 bore brushes etc will fit perfectly onto 20 bore rods so a mixture of cleaning kits is possible in the same case.
